COMMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED INDEFINITELY. This is mainly due to my full-time job taking up most of my time so I'd like to focus on personal art in the little spare time I have. For friends & mutuals, I am willing to take on limited commissions if I have some downtime – just ask!

Commissions are strictly for personal use. If I am uncomfortable with your request, I am within my right to decline.I will try to complete your commission as soon as I am able. There is no set timeframe and will vary depending on my schedule.For any quotes or queries, please email or DM me.

HOW THIS WORKS

[ PROCESS TO CHANGE SLIGHTLY ! ]Please read the full Terms of Service before ordering a commission.1. Message me on instagram / twitter / tumblr to claim a slot !2. Send info to [email protected] with COMMISSION in your subject line & include:- Username(s) & full name (will be kept confidential)
- Preferred currency (USD or AUD only)
- Commission type & any add-ons
- Provide a description and as many visual references as possible (sketch, faceclaims, expressions, outfits, backgrounds, etc)3. Initial sketch sent within a week. Revisions allowed at this stage.4. Full payment upfront after sketch approval. Commission work is paused until paid.5. Final artwork file(s) sent via email.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering a commission from me, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. It is highly advised to read it carefully..

GENERAL

- You, the client, understand that you will be receiving digital goods, which will be emailed to you upon completion.
- I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
- Contact & payment details will not be shared anywhere or with anyone. This information will remain confidential.

PRICES & PAYMENT

PAYMENTS
- Base prices are subject to change without notice. Any commissions started prior to updates will not be affected.
- Payments will be made via Stripe Invoices, in US Dollars. Australian residents can pay in AUD. No Stripe account needed.
- Complex details or character design development may incur an additional fee.
- Full upfront payment is required before commission continues.
- Please make initial payment within 48 hours of receiving an invoice or the commission may be cancelled.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- If the commission is cancelled during early stages (initial sketching), the client will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be given for completed or near-completed commissions.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.
- If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any stage, a full refund will be given.

COMMISSION PROCESS

COMMUNICATION
- DMs must be used to claim a slot, before emailing a commission request. Email will be used for further correspondence.
- The commission request should include: type of commission, any add-ons, description, visual references of character(s), pose, outfits, backgrounds, etc, and client's name & socials.
- Additional reference images may be sent in follow up emails, during the early stages of the artwork.WORKFLOW & TURNAROUND
- I will send you an initial sketch within a week. Revisions may be made at this time. After approval, you will need to pay upfront. No major revisions allowed after this.
- Periodic WIPs may be requested for render commissions. I may post partial WIPs to my public Instagram stories unless you request otherwise.
- As these artworks will be done in my own spare time, there will be NO DEADLINE for completion. I will aim to complete commissions within a few weeks, but this depends on how busy I am. You will be notified if I expect delays.
- Final artworks files at full resolution & web-friendly size will be sent via email.

RIGHTS & USAGE

COPYRIGHT
- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.
- I may display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media pages or promotional materials. If you do not wish for me to post the artwork publicly / tag you, please let me know.
- Appropriate attribution must be given and maintained. Do not remove/alter any signatures or watermarks. Always credit @nohtora in bios / descriptions.ARTWORK USAGE
- You, the client, may use the artwork for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERICIAL USE ONLY.
- Commercial use will have a higher fee, please discuss with me first.
- You may resize/crop the artwork, but otherwise NOT allowed to alter the artwork.
- Artworks are strictly not permitted for NFT usage.
